Welcome to SiribKidz. These terms are the agreement between you (the parent or guardian) and SiribKidz when you use our app. Please read them. By creating an account you agree to them.
SiribKidz is designed for children in grades 1–6, set up and supervised by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old. The parent or guardian creates the account and is responsible for how their child uses the app. By signing up, you confirm you are the child’s parent or guardian and give consent for them to use SiribKidz.
SiribKidz is a study companion. It helps a child review, practise, and understand their schoolwork, aligned to the Philippine MATATAG curriculum. It is a learning aid, not a replacement for school, a teacher, or a parent. Lessons and quizzes are generated by AI and, while we work hard on accuracy, they can occasionally be wrong — always encourage your child to check their own book and teacher. SiribKidz does not give medical, legal, or professional advice.
Please use SiribKidz only for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, access other families’ data, resell access, or use the app to store or send anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put children at risk.

Our refund promise. If SiribKidz isn’t right for your family, email risobry@gmail.com within 7 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it, no fuss.
After that first period, subscription fees already charged are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges. If we ever charge you in error, we’ll always put it right. Nothing here removes rights you have under Philippine consumer law.
The schoolwork your child scans or types stays yours. You grant us permission to process it only to run the app (for example, to read a page or generate a lesson), as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your child’s work and we do not store photos or voice recordings.
The SiribKidz app, its design, the Luzabee character, and its generated material are ours or our licensors’. You may use them for your own family’s learning, but not copy, resell, or redistribute them.
We work to keep SiribKidz running smoothly but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change, or pause features to improve the app or keep it safe.
SiribKidz is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by Philippine law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded.
You can stop using SiribKidz and delete your account at any time from the parent settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or endangers children.
We may update these terms. If we make a significant change, we’ll tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use SiribKidz after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Santiago City, Isabela, Philippines.
